This delicious Eton Mess Sundae recipe is the perfect summertime dessert that the whole family will love.
This recipe is perfect for hot summer days in strawberry season when you’re craving a sweet treat and with just 4 ingredients it is quick and easy to make too!
You can make this recipe with countless flavors of ice cream however to get the true Eton mess flaours we recommend clotted cream ice cream but vanilla is another great option. However you could customize this dessert to your preferences and favorite flavors.
Ingredients
You’ll only need a handful of ingredients to make this delicious treat.
- Clotted Cream Ice Cream
- Strawberries
- Meringues
- Whipped Cream

Instructions
Cut the strawberries into slices leaving two to one side for decoration.
Split the cut strawberries into two. Set one half aside for later and add the rest of the strawberries to the bottom of the ice cream sundae glass.
Crumble the meringue in a bowl and add a layer of meringue on top of the strawberries.
Add a scoop of ice cream on top of. the meringue and strawberries.
SPrinkle the rest of the meringue mixture on top.
Add the rest of the cut strawberries.
Scoop one more scoop of ice cream on top.
Top with a good squirt of whipped cream.
Take the remaning strawberries and add a vertical cut through the center and add to the side of your Sundae glass.
Serve and enjoy!
